Kimchi Tofu House (Minneapolis, MN: Dinkytown)

Tofu House Bibimbab
We love Kimchi Tofu House. The korean couple who works there is extremely friendly and it’s a great place to stop in for some steaming soup on a cold winter day.  Above is their bibimbap.  Mix in rice and hot sauce and you’ve got a well-balanced meal!tofu house minneapolis
Kimchi Tofu House has great banchan (little free side dishes).  We love their kimchi, bean sprouts, potatoes and rice cakes!  See that egg?  They give you a raw egg to break into your steaming hot soup.  The boiling soup will quickly cook the egg and thicken the soup- superb.

Above is their Spicy Pork (right) and Bulgogi (left). The spicy pork is pretty addictive and the bulgogi is a little sweet and great for people who have never eaten Korean food before.
