Peninsula Malaysian Cuisine is located on Eat Street. Malaysian cuisine is influenced by many other cultures such as Chinese, Indian, Thai, Filipino, and Indonesian. Above is the Roti Canai (All time Malaysian favorite. Crispy Indian style pancake. Served with spicy curry chicken & potato dipping sauce. $3.99). This is everyone’s favorite appetizer and it is deliciously addictive. The curry dipping sauce is drinkable!
Above is the Curry Tofu Hot Pot (Lightly breaded homemade tofu and vegetables in a red curry sauce. Served in a hot pot. $11.99) Delicious fried tofu in a curry broth- plenty of leftovers for me.
Above is the Nyonya Laksa (Popular Malacca’s spicy coconut soup served with yellow noodles, chicken, shrimp, squid, tofu puff, & bean sprout, $8.99). Jon enjoyed this noodle soup very much. This restaurant has a large variety of dishes, and even a separate gluten-free menu. This ethnic eat street restaurant even has a happy hour! It is well suited for small or large groups so come in and try it out.
